Why do I have 2 instances of iexplore. exe showing in my windows task manager?

I only have one window open. One instance of iexplore. exe has about 8 times the memory usage of the other.

What is “spoolsv.exe” found as a process in Task Manager? any virus?
When I use my Task Manager, I observe that “spoolsv.exe” is listed under processes tab. It is listed as “Spooler subsystem app” in my firewall. Please check if your task manager lists it. Is it a virus or harmless stuff? What can I do?
