Please tell me any freeware software that can do the following:

1. Edit videos including trim and cut any unwanted parts of a video 2. Abe to help me remove singer’s voice from a song file 3. Or help to remove the music out 4. Compatible with many video and audio formats including .mp4, .flv, .mp3 and .wav file 5. Gives output file compatible with VLC

I want to write division problems out without using a obelus but the vinculum? Something simple, I don’t have time to learn latex or other programming/markup languages(though it would be cool if there was editor that used latex for later but allowed allowed me to type it like a WYSIWYG type HTML editor).
