There are actually lots of technique to recover your lost files or accidentally deleted files. Either it .doc, .ppt, .pps or .flv thy can always be retrivable as long as you know how to. Before you empty the rubbish bin make sure that the files in there are totally meant to be deleted. After all the files in Recycle Bin has been erased it will be hard for you to get them back. There are some software in the market that can do the job but usually you need to pay for such software. So make sure to be more careful in eradicating computer files.
