how can I use microsoft access in accounting work?
I need to do all step in maintaining accounts by microsoft access. I need to get leadger book, Income statement , Balance sheet etc from access.

very simple just make a database,
its hard to see what your asking here but sounds like your a begginer in the use of microsoft access.
its a complicated bit of software so may i sudgest buying a book or going to a night class and getting some training in it before you attemt to make a complicated system.
i have 2 years experience in access and i still refer back to my books becosue it is a brilliantly anoying bit of kit.
Access is a program for creating and using databases, so you could use it for a ledger book, but i think excel would be more suitable for things like an income statement and balance sheet because you can use the formulae and other features of the program.
you need to programm it. you can search on the net and can get something. otherwise developing a program will take lot of time as you want account package.
if its some classwork, then keep in mind that you will never be able to complete it. its complicated program. if you want to use for your office, then get off the shelf product like Tally, Peachtree etc
