I don’t think there is a free dvd burning program can fit your requirement, I tried many free programs before, most only provide basic fuctions, can’t add dvd menu, can’t burn multiple episodes into 1 dvd, some one even viruses, so I think if you will, you can follow me to use a good but inexpensive program to help you, like now I’m using RZ DVD Creator, it can fit/burn multiple videos into 1 dvd, it can add a cool dvd menu for video and scene selection(you can disable or enable dvd menu by youself), such as convert and burn 10 to 15 avi episode into 1 video DVD(4.7gb), easy to use, run RZ DVD Creator, insert a 4.7gb dvd disc into your computer dvd burner drive, directly drag and drop 10 to 15 avi episode into the program, if you view a message tip “Source DVD size is larger than CD/DVD disc capacity”, simply press “Yes”, then press “START” button, the program will auto compress all video files to fit the size of inserted dvd disc, and then you will get a good video DVD from all episodes, and then you can play the burned video DVD well on your DVD player. You can yahoo or google search RZ DVD Creator and download it, hope it can help you.
At last, you should note, fit too many episodes into one video DVD will reduce the quality, according to my experience, 120-240 mins episodes is a good range for a video DVD in a 4.7gb dvd disc.
